1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps

1/2 oz Tuaca

In bar shaker combine ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into chilled martini glass.

Garnish with Green apple Wedge

1 whole Jalapeno

1oz Pineapple Juice

Muddle Jalapeno, top with ice, Tequila, Pineapple juice and Cointreau, Shake vigorously. Strain into chilled martini glass with a Lime rim – Salt or Sugar are optional
